1.             

In case of typhoon signal no.8 or above, or black rainstorm warning hoisted on 10 June after 14:00, the Opening Ceremony and Keynote Speech will be moved to the morning of 11 June (Friday) after the warning signal is lowered. The Welcoming Reception will be cancelled.

2.            

In case of typhoon signal no.8, red or black rainstorm warning hoisted on 11-14 June,  depending on the timing and situation, indoor programmes (including cultural night and farewell dinner) could be continued but field visits and local hospitality will be cancelled.

3.              

In case of typhoon signal of no.9 or 10 on 11-14 June, depending on the timing, all programmes would be cancelled until the signal is lowered.

4.              

In case of overseas natural disaster which causes wide-spread suspension of flight services, the Conference would be continued. No refund for paid registrants.

5.              

Any special arrangement will be announced on the Conference website www.swsd2010.org and the Message Board in the Conference venue.
