Online reservartion will be available in early 2010.

A broad range of choices of conference hotels has been secured at discounted rate from 8-16 June 2010. Rooms are limited and available for reservation on a first-come-first-served basis. Deadline for reservation is 1 April 2010. Booking after the deadline will be subject to hotel availability and at best available rates.

Terms & Conditions of Hotel Booking

All participants will be dealing with the Conference official travel agent – Swire Travel for their room reservation and deposit. All deposits, cancellation and amendment fees are payable to Hotels through Swire Travel Ltd.

Official Check-in Time is 14:00 and Official Check-out Time is 12:00.

Hotel room reservation: In order to secure your reservation, hotels will require an advance payment of one night’s deposit (“the Prepayment”).

Final payment: All guest room charges will be charged in full by Swire Travel Ltd one week prior to scheduled arrival.

Cancellation/ No Show: Due to the favourable hotel rates that have been secured, in the event of a cancellation of a confirmed reservation of failure to check-in, the following fee will be charged:

Before 1 April 2010	Full Refund
On or after 1 April 2010	One night penalty will be applied
On or after 4 June 2010	100% total room nights booked for the entire stay

No show is deemed to be a cancellation. All cancellations must be submitted to Swire Travel in writing. An acknowledgement of cancellation by email or fax will be provided by Swire Travel Ltd.

Remarks:

The above rates are inclusive of all service charges; first night room rate as deposit is required upon reservation; balance payment is required by 3 June 2010.

Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) is served by a highly efficient and comprehensive transport network.

Arriving and departing passengers have plenty of choice. The Airport express links HKIA directly to Hong Kong’s central business district and buses connect the airport with most of the city. While taxis and coaches provide additional choices for passengers, there are also limousines which take passengers to their destinations directly.

For added convenience and luxurious door-to-door limo transfers, Swire Travel will provide its own hospitality counter at the airport to assist participants.

The organizer has reserved a number of dormitory rooms in local universities which are located in Hunghom, Pokfulam or Kowloon that you need to take 15-20 minutes by bus to the Conference Venue (HKCEC). The price is about HK$200-$300 for a single room and HK$300-$400 for a twin room. Rooms are limited and priority will be given to participants who are students or from developing countries.

Since only group reservation is accepted for these dormitory rooms, please fill in the Dormitory Reservation Form and return the completed form via fax (852) 2528 4230 OR Mail with full payment on or before 1 April 2010. Please note that email application will NOT be accepted.
